Q: What kind of services does Saltedmom Travel offer?

A: Saltedmom Travel specializes in creating unique and memorable travel experiences. We offer a variety of vacations options, including all-inclusive resorts (family and adult only), cruises, river cruises, hotels, resorts, tours (guided and unguided), travel insurance, major theme parks (Disney and Universal) and much more!

Q: What destinations does Saltedmom Travel cover?

A: We cover most major locations around the world, from the Caribbean to Asia, from Europe to South America. If you're looking for something specific, we can help you find the perfect destination for your needs.

Q: What does it cost to use Saltedmom as my travel agent?

A: Short answer? Nothing. Saltedmom Travel is associated with Outside Agents and Cruises & Tours Unlimited, one of the nation’s largest travel companies, providing access to engage with hundreds of preferred suppliers (hotels, tour operators, etc.) that compensate us directly to find and book clients to their properties. If there are situations where we would need to charge a fee, we will let you know in advance. This type of scenario could happen if we agreed to research and book a trip with a vendor that does not work with travel agents directly.

Q: What does Saltedmom Travel NOT do?

A: We do not book flights. In the past, to book an airline ticket you either drove to the airport or to a travel agency and picked up your ticket. Airlines then paid / authorized compensation (commission) to the travel agent. That agent then had the ability to make any changes necessary to best accommodate the flyer. Post 911, airlines immediately stopped compensation for travel agents and removed most of the capability to assist the ticketed flyer. You are best dealing with the airline yourself and the tools the airlines provide to you - apps, websites, etc.

Saltedmom Travel also does not book AirBnB's, VRBO or any other type of rental properties.

Q: What is the process for booking a trip with Saltedmom Travel?

Q: Will I get a better deal booking myself or through Saltedmom Travel?

A: Our goal is to always get you the best deal. And most times we are able to get you a lower price than what you would find on the internet because our suppliers have wholesale pricing.

Q: Does Saltedmom Travel offer any special deals or discounts?

A: Yes! We frequently offer discounts and special offers. Our suppliers keep us posted on the latest deals and discounts and then we pass those on to you! Be sure to check our website, Facebook and Instagram for the latest deals and promotions.
